Shooting Schedules

The Monday, Tuesday (Soaring Eagle), Thursday and Friday (Rio Grande) shooting competitions are for Villages Air Gun Club members only.

Each Monday and Tuesday (Soaring Eagle) and Thursday and Friday (Rio Grande) from 9:00am to 11:00am: 
Air Gun Club member practice and competition.  A .5 Magnifying lens (approved Apr 2016 meeting) & Red Dot optics are permitted for competition.  For competition rules and procedures go HERE. Meeting minutes are posted HERE.
Air Gun Club bench rest shoot for club members including those with physical disabilities such as those in wheelchairs or scooters. 


Each Friday from 11:00am to Noon the 'One Buck Gang' shoots at Rio Grande.

On Tuesdays at Rio Grande and Wednesdays at Soaring Eagle each week, the range is open for Village residents and their guests 13 and over.  New shooters will be introduced to the sport and given safety instructions.  Targets, pellets and air guns (both pistols and rifles) are provided by the Recreation Department.  For information call the Chula Vista Recreation Center at 352-753-0002 or Rohan Recreation Center at 352-674-8400.
